Elevation Millwork was founded on a simple conviction: that the finest homes deserve the finest materials, delivered with the care and expertise they require. Our team brings over 60 years of combined experience in millwork specification, fabrication, and installation — a depth of knowledge that informs every project we take on.
Today, we combine a curated distribution network — sourcing premium doors and windows from the world's leading manufacturers — with an in-house millwork shop capable of producing bespoke trim packages, built-ins, and architectural components to any profile and specification.

Founder & Principal
James founded Elevation Millwork after fifteen years as a custom home builder in Chester County. His firsthand experience with millwork specification and installation informs every aspect of how the company operates.
Catherine Hale
Director of Specifications
Catherine brings twelve years of architectural millwork experience to client projects. She works directly with architects and designers to develop complete millwork packages from schematic through construction documents.
Marcus Webb
Production Manager
Marcus leads our in-house millwork production with over twenty years of experience in custom trim and built-in fabrication. His team produces every custom component to exacting tolerances.
